We ship WORLDWIDE from here in Austin, Texas. Credit card payments are made though our PayPal portal for purchasing on this website. For us to bill credit cards directly we need the card billing address, card number, card expiration date, and 3-4 digit security code.

We also have an ebay store outlet.

Shipping notes: Our preferred carriers are Fedex, DHL, and USPS. We are never responsible for any customs or import fees; these are solely the buyer's responsibility. Please do not ask us to label any shipment as a "gift." We will label a shipment as a "return after repair" when appropriate.

Warranty and support only valid when purchased from us directly or directly from an authorized reseller.

All sales final. However if Turbowerx considers accepting a product back it must be unused, in new condition, with no alterations/modification, or visible wear. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply and shipping costs are never included or refunded.
