Proven Reliability.

Proven, powerful, and quiet. Manufactured by Motorque dba TurboWerx, this custom engineered pump is designed to scavenge hot turbocharger drain oil from anywhere to anywhere in automotive applications. Time-tested, proven reliability over years, and with its 1.75GPM (105GPH) scavenging capacity, it is powerful enough to scavenge oil from most twin turbo setups. It will self-prime/draw from over 8 vertical feet, and pump the oil as high as 20 vertical feet. The Exa-Pump®-inspired custom black anodized finned heatsink lowers operating temperature, further enhancing reliability.

Whether the application moves 1 oz of oil a minute or up to 1.75 gallons a minute, 'under-flow' applications are no problem. In fact, the TurboWerx pump may be run dry indefinitely. May be operated up to 60PSI pressure for pressure applications.

This pump will fit inside a 7.25" x 4.0" x 4.0" box. It weighs less than 5 pounds, and includes anti-vibration mounting hardware. It is specified to handle a maximum oil temperature of 300+F. In a standard scavenge application the current consumption for the 12V version is less than 3.5 amps and the 24V version is under 2 amps. Pump inlet and outlet ports are standard 3/8" NPT female and two high-temperature -8AN adapters made of PA66-GF30 (polyamide with 30% glass fiber) are included. Also suitable for other fluids, such as rear-end, engine coolant, and water. Seal and valve materials are not compatible with ATF. Base-Model pumps have IP50 rating and should be shielded from direct blasts of water.

TurboWerx offers a limited warranty on the parts against defects in material and workmanship. Do not exceed 60PSI operating pressure. Do not exceed 300F rated temperature. For 100% compatibility with 16V-24V set-ups on race vehicles, choose the 24V version. Do not apply >25% rated voltage, else warranty voided. Warranty and terms of sales.
